Tea Wrex Enamel Pins!

Latest Updates from Our Project:

Update!
about 5 years ago – Mon, Apr 08, 2019 at 03:13:41 PM

*ahem*

The pins are currently going into production. I repeat, the pins are in production!

I also have the price on charms for the tea infusers. I'm holding on those until we meet goal, but they're 90% ready to go just in case.

Please don't forget to share with your friends, family, coworkers, and random strangers on the internet! Thank you for everything so far! 6 more days left in the campaign and I am fairly confident we can unlock at least the next 2 goals with your help, if not the third (infuser!!).

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

WE MADE IT!
about 5 years ago – Thu, Apr 04, 2019 at 09:08:28 PM

Engywook all said we could do it! And he fell out of the basket again. (No excuse?)

I may have broken my keyboard smashing that "order" button, but the order is placed! And I'm tossing around ideas for stretch goals.

I think I found a way to make tea infusers happen (I blame Dave). Now the question would be - do you want a charm version of the pin, or a laser engraved and cut acrylic charm? Silicone or steal tea pot? Stick or chain? SO MANY CHOICES! Let me know what you think in the comments down below. Meanwhile, I have some work to do!

Thank you all again! I couldn't have done it (in 5 days?!) without every single one of you, your shares, and encouragement.

Ta ta for now!

Proof Is In!
about 5 years ago – Mon, Apr 01, 2019 at 04:40:47 PM

Hah! No sooner than when I got back from checking my email was there my first proof waiting in my inbox.

The vendor has been pretty awesome and on top of it. 2nd revision in, we're done and ready to go.

Et voilà!

Final approved proof!
Final approved proof!

I may have forgotten to mention that I plan on adding a little bit of chain on the pin's cutout to make it a little more exciting. ;)

So, here's the awesome thing about being 58% funded - if I hit goal before the end of the campaign run, I'm get to go ahead and pull the trigger and order them. That means delivery SOONER than expected. And everybody likes getting things early, right? Right.

Now I get to send the stickers in for proofing! (I'll probably do that next week, though. Significantly shorter production time.)

That's all for now! Ta!

You Guys are Amazing! 56% Funded!
about 5 years ago – Mon, Apr 01, 2019 at 12:35:18 PM

It has barely been over 24 hours since I hit the button, and we're already at 56% funded.

Thank you all so very much for your likes and shares! They're definitely helping speed things along. I'm going to have to come up with more stretch goals if we keep going at this rate! What would you be interested in seeing? Let me know in the comments below.

Meanwhile, I'm currently waiting to get my proof back from the pin company, and will share it as soon as I get it in. The great part about having done this with them before is I know what I want and have all the files ready to go, so it should be fairly easy going from here.

Thanks again, and I can't wait to get these out to you folks!
