I just dropped off all the packages of Kickstarter rewards without the boxes! Keep your eyes on your mailbox! Tracking numbers should go out shortly-ish.
For those of you with stash boxes, they’ve all been cut, and are in the process of being assembled. I should have them all packed and in the mail by Monday.
For now, chai and picking up more wood glue. Thank you again! ❤️
Update! Measured Once, Cutting Twice

I’ve had a couple questions about timelines, so it’s time for a timeline update 😁
Pledges without boxes will be hitting the mail THIS week. I have 20 charms left to affix to the tea infusers, as well as pick up the prints, and then stuff some envelopes.
Pledges with boxes are looking at another week. I had a print failure which caused a delay. The good news is my materials vendor has some replacement material in stock at the local warehouse, so the new material is already here. The bad news is I have to redesign the file, which takes a little bit.
You know the old adage “Measure twice, cut once?” In my excitement for the new material, I totally forgot to do that. Normally my wood is between .110” and .128”, so my files allow for the material variance up to .132”. Well, the new stuff is up to .148”. Which, yay! I knew it was going to be more sturdy for you guys. But.. Lasers are definitely an exact science, so I have to recut everything.
For those of you concerned about it: Yes, I can probably salvage some of the previous pieces, they just won’t work for this project, and I want everything to be perfect and beautiful for you. As good as they smell, you don’t have to worry about them hitting the firewood pile. 😁

I'm going to start locking the orders for the surveys already completed. 90% of you have already completed them, so, I figure it's a good time, and since there's nothing left to wait for.. It's show time!
As always, let me know if there's an issue that comes up. I do have some semblance of control on the back-end of BackerKit, and we can always work stuff out.
Official ship date is still June 1st, so keep your eyes peeled!
Surveys Out!

Hi guys!
As per usual with this campaign, everything is moving faster and smoother than I expected!
A couple of important things to note:
The surveys should have all gone out, so let me know if you haven’t gotten yours yet. I have the deadline for survey completion set to May 31 as I want to start the shipping process June 1, so make sure you get your answers in by then!
For those who missed out on the Kickstarter proper (or if Kickstarter dropped your pledge), I have added a pre-order option that you can access here: https://tea-wrex.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders. This is pretty much the only way to get these items outside of conventions right now.
As far as everything else, I have the stickers on order and will be picking up material to start laser cutting the boxes this weekend. The only thing not on order are prints, and I’m waiting for a final count on those since I print them locally on demand.
